Must-Have Skills:

   similar roles in the payments industry.
2. Understanding of UPI system architecture and payment processing workflows
3. Experience in UPI operations or payment gateway operations
4. Certification or training in Payment Systems or Financial Services
5. Experience in onboarding, reconciliation, and settlement
6. Familiarity with UPI apps and related tools6.
   Good-to-Have Skills:
7. Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and MS Office tools
8. Strong communication skills
9. Ability to troubleshoot operational issues

10. Degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related fields
