Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding Forescout NAC solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Forescout NAC deployments, including
network connectivity, device profiling, policy enforcement, and authentication.
Perform system configurations, including policy creation and enforcement, device
onboarding, and integration with other network security tools.
Monitor and analyze system logs and events to identify and address security and
performance issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and contribute to product
improvement initiatives.
Assist with customer onboarding and training activities to ensure successful adoption
and utilization of Forescout NAC solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to network
access control and security.

Must-Have Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies : TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and
routing.
Familiarity with network access control concepts, principles, and technologies : 802.1X, RADIUS,
MAC authentication, and device profiling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Forescout NAC or similar network access control solutions
Qualifications
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field
Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Forescout certifications (advantageous but not
required)
