Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, troubleshooting, and computer hardware. The role requires the candidate to work on-site at our Chennai office location.
Qualifications

Expertise in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
Technical Support and Maintenance skills
Printer Support and Maintenance skills
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Previous experience in Desktop Support, IT Support or a related field is a plus
