Job Description:
This role needs more of a network engineering background knowing servers than a development Background:
GITHub/GITLab 3.1 – Terraform
Jenkins – current version
Octopus – deploy
Should be comfortable with Azure cloud environments.
Engineering background with Public cloud but also experienced with transitioning to public cloud from private cloud/on-prem.
• Strong scripting background (Python version 3 or higher, PowerShell, etc) Jenkins, Spring, Github, design and admin.
• 3 to 5 years of DevOps engineer background with public cloud AZURE with experience in engineering CI/CD pipelines, design and implementation of CI/CD solutions.
• Comfortable working in an established environment and not looking to make major changes or solutions (but be open to being involved in planning and providing suggestions).
• Should have considerable change control background, good communication skills.
